Vern Matz - (Set time: 10:00 PM)
Vern Matz
Indie tunes for your autumn blues. Formed by a group of Yale students, Vern Matz toes the line between indie rock, folk and alternative music. Their sound showcases an earnest approach to songwriting and mature musicianship, echoing the work of seminal artists such as Wilco, Mazzy Star, and Death Cab for Cutie to mention a few.
Sinnet - (Set time: 9:00 PM)
Chances are he'd humbly laugh it off if you told him so, but Sinnet's Aaron Spransy is that uniquely talented singer/songwriter with an often-elusive capital “W." Spransy's pen is both personal and universal: love, death and the innate need to explore.
The band was initially formed by Aaron Spransy as a laptop bedroom project following a move from Milwaukee to Boston. Following the critical acclaim of “Midwest Manners” the project quickly evolved into a living, breathing band.
The lineup has featured some talented folks including:
Gavin McCarthy (Karate, Ted Leo), Joel Reader (Mr. T Experience and Pansy Division) Matt Girard (Parks, Ruby Rose Fox and Will Dailey) and Jonathan Ulman (Thalia Zedek, Bearstronaut and many more).

Sinnet's own name comes from a gift Spransy's father gave his mother: the license plate on several of her Toyota Camrys over the years… she loved playing tennis.

Sinnet is currently finishing the recording their debut full-length with long time "recordist" Matthew Girard at Dave Minehan's Wooly Mammoth Sound.
Another Distraction - (Set time: 8:00 PM)
Another Distraction
Music has always played a huge role in the lives of founding members Antonio Staropoli (drums) and Chris Fiduccia (lead guitar). The two started a garage band at the age of 14 and were band geeks throughout high school. Their passion for music ultimately resulted in the formation of Another Distraction in 2009. With the increasing responsibilities of adulthood and the trials and tribulations of life, music served as a welcome distraction for the band’s members.
Originally conceived as a cover band, when Giuseppe DiSalvo (guitars) and John Frega (bass) joined the band in 2010, the band evolved into an original project. Finally, Mario Vargas joined to complete the line-up as the band’s vocalist.
Another Distraction wrote original songs, performed at local venues in northern New Jersey, and were on track to record their first album. However, in 2012, Mario had to leave the band due to personal reasons. The band searched to find a vocalist that was a perfect fit who would complement the band’s sound. Ultimately, Chris Drako joined the band as lead vocalist.
With a new line-up to invigorate the band, Another Distraction began writing new material, playing shows, giving on-air radio interviews, and performing live radio sessions. They established a local presence and recorded their first album, entitled Nothing Left to Say.
Shortly after self-releasing their debut album, a series of events threatened the stability of Another Distraction. Their bassist, John, left the band. Equipment was stolen and they lost their rehearsal space.
The odds were stacked against them, but Another Distraction had stamina and they were not going down without a fight. Kevin Smith joined the band on bass. A new spark was lit. Another Distraction became more focused than ever with the energy and passion to match. They continued to write new music and, through crowd funding, the band recorded their latest album, the new EP entitled Fragments, at Nada Recording Studio with the legendary John Naclerio.
With a band full of grit and determination, Another Distraction plans on making their mark on the music scene. Their greatest achievements to-date are the release of their EP, Nothing Left to Say, which is available on iTunes, Spotify, Google Play and Amazon, as well as recording their forthcoming EP, Fragments. Other notable accomplishments include airplay on WDHA (105.5), “The Rock of NJ,” and WSOU (89.5), “Seton Hall’s Pirate Radio.”
Party of Two - (Set time: 7:00 PM)
Party of Two
Party of Two is a pop acoustic duo living in NYC made up of Melissa Allen and Julie Mazzone. As cousins, the two have been performing together for as long as they can remember. They decided to take their music from their grandma’s living room to the stages of New York’s music scene. Over the past year, they have been writing and performing original music together.

Party of Two's music is a cross between Kacey Musgraves and Taylor Swift as well as other influences including Ingrid Michaelson and Michelle Branch.
